Yeah i had a jubilee clip blow off my fill pipe flooded the boat good !! was annoying cos my bilge was on its last legs

if ur worried abot a thru hull one and wanna get an up and over one that doesnt look shite, just fabricate a stainless pipe to above waterline, ask td if hes got a picture of the bilge pump outlet on his extreme rib, looks the dogs!!

Thats just the later style top pinned pistons. 260's and the early 280's had side pinned pistons. These days 280's come with the top pinned pistons and any motor thats rebuilt 260,280 or a Drag would/should be rebuilt using the new top pinned pistons. The exhuast chest on your motor has been cut to 280/Drag specs too, so its a similar spec to a 280. The 260 however has higher ports than the 280 but made less power due to the exhaust chest not being hogged out. So your motor with its hogged out exhuast chest and raised compression makes more power than a 280. But its not a 280 its a modiffied/tuned 260. If you call it a 280 people will think its whats pictured above with O ring heads, alternator, and the PCM555 ECU
