Jack plate level actuator

Does anyone on the forum make or have a good stainless jack plate height actuator that when jacked beyond the reach of the cable comes out of a groove instead of ripping the end off the cable?

Cheers burty! My stainles marine jackplate has one of these on the side but it is not assemled properly! I thought it had parts missing but imay be able to get it back together from that piccy! If i dont i'll enquire with TD about a new one!
