Merc gearbox

Hi All,

Gearbox has finally said enough's enough so i'm looking for a replacement. For a Mercury 2.5l V6 (20" shaft, 1.87:1 std box). Looking for a std (leisure spec) replacement if anyone's got a good one kicking about?

I've got a 25", pretty sure you could swap the shafts with the right tools?

or if not Larby and AD at Atec could cut down and respline the shaft easily enough

Would definately be easier to swap shafts... I'm hoping I may have a 20" box I can sort him with though.
