Miami Vice

It appears one of the original scarab KV38 has been restored to better than original spec, and is on offer on this auction bidding site, but at $125K, may be that's cheap if you can offered it and are still a huge fan of the original classic series, I still am but, just don't think I could part with $125K

Always loved that boat, comes complete with Phil Collins soundtrack.

What ever happened to Mr Johnson's foray in Superboat racing!

God knows. The only things worse than that would be to go and turbo the motors, or worse still leave it rotting in your back garden along with an escort cosworth... Jeez, imagine that!!

Just for info

- During the first season (and pilot) Crockett and Tubbs used a 39 foot Chris Craft Stinger.
- For the rest of the series, a 38 foot Wellcraft Scarab KV (equipped with two 8.2 Mercury engines) was used.
- The Stinger (or Wellcraft) was moored next to Sonny Crockett's sailboat called the "St.Vitus Dance."
