Officially For Sale - Scarab Panther Hull Etc
Dispite all of the hype... the Scarab Panther 30 foot is now officially up for sale...
I imported it last month from America and have removed the engines the Morse Controls the wiring etc etc all that is left is the following:
Hull and Deck only Circa £1,500 - £2,000
Bravo 1 Drives available either on the boat or not Circa £1,500
Bennet sport Trim Tabs with Pump etc Circa £200
Sensible offers considered at or around the asking prices- the boat does not come with a trailer ....
As you know she looks like she has rolled off the trailer and there is damage to the deck/superstructure I have loads of pickies of the damage and have been quoted £1500 to sort it...

I'm having this idea to buy this off you, get it repaired and buy a donor boat in from the states to fit her out with doh!

Daren as you well know I'm out on the water every weekend regardless. Not some sort of fair weather guy like you and Taz
Marty, the Revenger is now an essex boyz bling boat, I couldn't possibly race it competitively without removing the 2.5 kw stereo system, me bass bins, LED mood lighting and the dance pole.
I shall probably pop over in the sunny from Wallasea as launching and recovery of the Revenger isn't that clever at Shoebury when the tide's out. Save to say I shall be there to [s]take the piss out of[/s] cheer on MWA

I've heard you are out on the water every weekend even if there is ice, trouble is there's scotch mixed in with it too.
Will be out this weekend for the first run in the 25 since fitting Taz's engines regardless of the weather - unless its cloudy, or cold, or the wife wants me to take her shopping.
If you are going over to Allhallows in the gin palace pack extra fenders and we'll tie up along side to sample the wide range of beers you'll no doubt have in the fridge.

Never scotch Daren, had a bad episode on it once and never again. All other forms of alcohol though are fair game
Didn't realise you were back in the country. Are you taking the 25 over to Wallasea or elsewhere? Pair of 280s should have it going well once dialled in, have you got those reinforced underpants ready and no backing out
Has Taz got the 28 rigged yet?

Rigged, de-rigged and rigged again. Almost ready to go, just a few mods to the dash board left to do.
25 is on land and will launch at the hullbridge slip, maybe put it at Wallasea in the summer but if I am away then it will stay locked up in the unit.
Underpants primed and ready but not sure they will be needed, running engines without high compression heads so should be quite tame...
