Dosent look very quick... 50mph max? for an 18ft should have at least a 150

Should be closer to 60mph perfect to start with and ready for a 130 upgrade.

How do you upgrade a yam 115hp to 130hp? What components are required/changed? How easy is it to do and how much will it cost?

Carbs, ignition timing and at worst compression i believe. Not a tricky job at all once you've got the required bits, only a couple of hours for someone who knows what they're doing
