That's been advertised, and posted here before.

To be honest, I rather doubt it's a '98/'99 tho'.

Looks like it's been painted.

that hull sold on ebay last year for £1600 hull only it had a pair of 2.5 ss and then it got nicked and dumped with all motors and trailer gone.so the guy was selling just the hull i missed out on it i think it was 1995 the hull was all black but they have sprayed the top like the 28ft better

That'll be this boat & motors then. Pictured in November '02 at Phantoms Factory.

sorry just seen its a 92 boat then i think i my be the same boat i saw it up for sale about 3 years ago fo £34000 i think

No, i'm just saying that the boat, motors etc appear to tie up with what you're saying. The boat was at Phantom's workshop for some detail work, and storage while Neil Holmes (who's customer owned the boat) worked on it, he was supplying/fitting the new 2.5's. I just took the pic.

i am still looking for a 23ft phantom hull seen any for sale i think i can by a 23ft but its the old model i think 82 ish push on rubber and riveted screen i will have to do a lot of mods to make it look right but i think i can buy it for £2000 what do you think

Don't do it! the older 23 Aint what you want, and is so old now, it's sure to have structural issues, what with having wooden transom/stringers. It'll be pre-'80 aswell, not '82.

find a 25, or late 23

Actually I'm fairly sure it was a local boat to me - the guy had it stored at his holiday place down here and the Reddishes were responsible for the rigging and ended up with the hull - it may be them that are selling it now?
