all i was saying was it that p20 looked very low at the back for no setback and a xr2.

we had 6" setback in this pic and the 225 pm....

There's no one in it in that pic and how much fuel?

If the waves are rolling in under the boat it will be rocking around and you may have just caught it at an opertune moment. I have pictures of my boat taken second apart and in one it looks to be sitting 4 to 5 inches higher in the water than in the other. Taken on a nice flat day too which yours wasn't by the looks of things.
