Looks old but still cheap as chips! - cowl looks like an old 150XR2 not a 200 though...however, who knows what lurks under the hood. Id have thought it'd have to be a 200 to swing a 26" prop and make 70!

hard to tell from that picture but i'd ask for some pics of engine and interior as well as the serial number
