are sure thats a real phantom?? the sides look to slanted inwards to me? my phantom 23 is straight down all around? i thought all models were?

I contacted the salesman , but his still is convinced he hase a Phantom for sale , some people just wont take advise from other people .
Here are some pictures he send me back then , at least some of the most decent ones , the rest of them al had the tree on it
