"The last picture is of a different boat"

the pic of the other boat (blue screen) is my boat which is not for sale! (unless of course someone wants to make me a silly offer which is well over the going rate

Would like to know where he got the pic from.

I have just emailed him to ask why there is a picture of a different boat on there and why the engine is off the one for sale. See if he gets back to me and what the answers are, if any.

Nowhere on the ad does it say the motor is fitted only that the motor for it requires a service.

I would of been interested in the boat, but no engine on it and a different boat pictured somehow puts me off hmm. How could you tell the engine is good apart from it needing a service, unless he has an engine stand to run it up on, then why not have it fitted? Certainly wouldnt be able to take it for a test run before buying.

I agree Carl,
I would want to see the engine running on the boat and in the water to see what the engines like under load, plus compression check etc,

sent the seller a question about motor and got him to post a picture of it,
(Q)
hi there,
have you got any pictures of the engine please,
can you tell me if it has any service history?

(A)
Have put a picture of engine on e-bay. The engine does not have a service history. Was running well last time used but as I wrote in description will need servicing before use.

not to sure about this! he's listed it as a 200 and posted a picture of a 225 on the back........
i would have thought he would know what motor he's got?

At least he's dropped the image of The Docta boat,
