Ring 21A hull - Guernsey - cheap and rock solid!
I'm selling my Ring 21A Hull. Dated by Mike Ring as between '78 and '83 I think. It's had repairs and renovation in the past and is rock solid structurally with sound floors, transom, dash etc.
I was given the hull to build a cheap racer and have spent a lot of hours filling chips & dings accumulated over the years, and repainting. The deck and topsides are battleship grey, and the area below the chines is black. The screen is a separate moulding, is unpainted and needs a repair to a slight crack.
Price-wise I'm after £250, just to recover the money I spent on paint and materials. I also have available a 100litre plastic fuel tank which fits perfectly in a slight recess in the rear floor between the knees that run from the longits to the transom. That's an extra £50. No trailer, but I can deliver anywhere on the island for free. If anyone from off the island is interested I will look into shipping, although it won't be cheap.
Any viewing welcome, pics to follow.

Totally correct mate - £250
I got given it as a freebie by Larby as it was going to be scrapped, it's an old boat, though like I say rock solid. My dad is a boatbuilder/repairer and apart from a chunk out of one of the flanges between deck and hull that needed a 6" section grafted in he had to do nothing to it. I filled all the chips and scratches in the gel myself and me & my brother prepped and sprayed it. I'm only looking to get back the money for paint and materials like I say, and hopefully see it back on the water I haven't had a chance to get pics today but I will tomorrow for sure.
