stolen Ring 16
My next door neighbour had his son's 16ft Ring stolen from the sandbank's area about 3 weeks ago, he said the steering broke so they tied it up at a pier in sandbank's went home to get tool's came back it was gone and the insurance ran out 1 week prior, they were going to stick in the drive that day, the boat is all white with a red interior, and a Johnson 40 hp I belive, and of course doggy steering, you never no maybe somebody has seen something cheers

"Insurance ran out", Tut-Tut - Tut. Stolen boat, left unattended on a morring ,,,,, Tut-Tut - Tut. Life is shite sometimes.
A lesson here for everybody.
Hope they get a result mate.

ye I know, live and learn, he and his mates had loads of use over the summer on it, he's going to miss it next year unless he saves up to buy another boat, he's only a young lad but he works hard, I guess this has taught him a lesson never leave things un attended and without insurance, having said that years back I could not get the chopper prop off, so I decided to come back down the boat yard the next day with a blow tourch to heat it off and a puller, however some bas.....d in the night had done it for me and run off with it...f...k

Poor guy!
I feel for your neighbours son! Its so F****** uneccessary to do something like that! Why cant other people work hard and save up every penny like probably your neighbours son has instead of stealing some lads dream??! Im also young and have sacrefised alot and worked hard to get my boat!! I know for sure I would be crushed if someone stole mine! Hope it works out

Thank you Norwegianboater I will pass on your kind words, as it happens I spoke with him last weekend, he has been working 24/7 at comet where he works as a salesman to save up for another boat, and as sales of LCD screen tv's has gone crazy, his dreams of a new boat look's more like a possibilaty now
