Top Mount Titanium Bolts

Hi due to the problems I have had with the Top Mount bolts on my Mercury 300XS I have started making 13mm (fits the heavy duty hole exactly, just needs a 13.1mm HSS drill pushing through first. I supply this) x 190.5mm long Grade 5 Titanium Bolts.

These bolts are made with Aerospace grade Titanium bar, bought as off cuts and are fully traceable to source. No dodgy Chinese rubbish!!!!

I am using a fine thread with oversize nut with built on washer. This needs thread locking on. I supply 2 bolts, 2 nuts oversize with built on washer and a 13.1mm HSS drill bit all for £109.99 including recorded delivery to mainland UK

The Titanium is flexiable unlike 10.9 or 12.9 high tensile steel bolts, so doesn't shear under sudden shock loading. Neither does it corrode and it is of course super light!!!!
I have been through 8x 12.9 bolts this year, since swapping to titanium I havn't broken any more!!!!
You can find me on FB David Webber ( pic with my rib) send me a friend request and see pics of my products!!!!
