Depends whether you want function or form.

I made my own using a pair of rs components part no. 139-114. They are absolutely top quality industrial switches.

Either mount them in the dash roughly in line with the wheel rim (if wheel is fairly close to the dash), or make a bracket to have them mounted like car indicator stalks. I've done the latter. I was gonna make a nice grp cover for too, but not got round to it yet.
