Depends on your offer for the boat and trailer.
Why do you not need a motor ?

V24's
You have got to be kidding, You want to get an awesome boat made for an inboard and put an outboard on it, when the v24 series is getting back up and running.
I can't believe my eyes.

If I had the cash I would buy it just so the outboard conversion did not happen.

I second that!!! V24=v8 just wouldn't be the same with an outboard!
I ran cliff smiths v2 for a year and can't beat the sound of that v8 hitting the limiter!!!!!!!!

i was going to do the same to my v24 but i think you may have a problem getting round 508 rules as canopy does not conform and the boat may be too heavy for 1 200xs

Please god don't outboard convert such a great boat. You will end up in sorrow since the boat is designed for inboard and balanced for such, you will end up with a lot of work and in the end, probably not be happy about either the speed or handling.
508 will cause problems as well, and it would be a murder to the actual V-24 class.
Buy my B-23 instead.
