Stainless Marine Bombay Call Center

Gawd... found them quite frustrating, simple questions & answers
quick intro who I am & who will be ordering for me few questions ect ect.
Quest, Can you log onto the web site and look at the jackplate
Ans, Yeh

Quest, Is that how the kit ships with the top fittings
Ans, No

Long pause on my part for follow up- nothing forthcoming so

Quest, Ok how does it ship
Ans, describes kit contents

Quest, You do have in stock the fittings to do as in the web pic
Ans, Yeh

Quest, OK I need to go through the deck 2 1/2" length should be fine, what do I need to get my dealer to order to make it just like that pic.
Ans, extra items from our catalog

Quest, Right Ok so if I fit your standard kit & hoses inside the boat, the hoses will connect directly too the thru deck fittings yes/no, what else should I have ordered.
Ans, all the fittings needed to complete the conections.

Quest, OK what are the part numbers that I need to order and using your website pic as reference to the items.
Ans, You will need shorter hoses

Quest, Yeh I figure that what sort of length would you suggest & what is the lengths from the Ram outlets to the top of the plate so I can calculate. But what fittings are required
Ans, The standard hoses are 6'

Gave up at this point and called Vance instead oh they are pricy but hope TD can have more luck with them. Think Mike Teutul works here rather than Orange County Choppers no offence "Mike"

Oh dear, i hope you didn't mention me in this conversation? You have to ask for the correct person when you wan't techi info, the sales persons are normally there to take order numbers and credit card details!

I don't deal with Vance, they have a distributor in this country for their excellent products!
