Wanted - Pair of water cooled manifolds for GM V8 diesel 6.2/6.5 in excellent condition and preferably cheap!

Still at the pre-installation stage but have been temporarily using a 70ah leisure battery for starting.

Does it turn the engines over well? Is that with using the heaters?

Spins it OK. Heaters are knackered but started with Easy Start (shock horror!)

If I was doing the installation, I'd fit a minimum of 110ah, maybe even 140ah.
I used to fit a pair of 110's for a single Yanmar 315 install. It'd start fine on just one of them, but I always fit a pair so that there's power for the domestic side.

So, would you suggest 3 x 110's one for each engine and one for the house. With the ability to link the two engine batteries together, for starting if low?
