Hi, Been up C.P.RACING today, no2 is looking good all but done, just need someone to buy it. You can have just hull and deck or fully rigged and ready to race. The build quality is second to none with no expense spared, ive watched this boat progress from scratch. This boat will comply with the new canopy rules and regs.

Hi scott, Cost is 65k for bare boat, 120 fully rigged with choice of new engines or you can supply your own gear and we will rig it, she is lightweight epoxy with high density foam bulkheads
If anybody outside the UK wishes to view this boat it is 2 Mins drive from Plymouth Airport. PM me if want further details.

That's a good looking boat, but does it have any past form, or is it a completely new design?

Hi M8,
some mods for cockpits are role bars and stronger top hatch , water deflectors also to go on etc etc.

I been told Hotboats not aloud, i thinks its because lack off room for new mods, ,but work is being done to 2 off them to see if it will comply with mods. that`s what i been told. might not be completely correct.

hi Tony, Yes this is a new design as iv'e seen the plug and plans, this was designed by Chris and his team with their knowledge and experience in world class powerboat racing, this is only No'2 of the build, as you all know No'1 is Ian Blacklers Kingfisher which is doing very well and certainly one to watch this season.

x-cat safety

the wppa released a 24 page report with drawings and recommendations for how they want to see boats engineered so that in the event of a rollover at full speed, the integral strength of the boat will allow the crew the best possible chance of escape.
topics mentioned are:- canopy structure ; construction of a roll-cage ; windscreen construction and fitting ; hatch construction, hinging and locking ; secondary escape hatch in tunnel ; buoyancy ; stowage of kit ; seat construction and mounting ; harness anchorage points ; methods of flooding a cockpit ; side-by-side seating in one cockpit ; sealed zones forward and aft to protect a sealed cockpit from forced water ingress.
