Mercruiser Prop
I have a ss prop which is 23" pitch, I am looking to trade for a ss 21",
not sure exactley what type it is, I have a 1987 165 hp mercruiser with an alpha one sterndrive if thats any help.

S Steel Props
Have been told that using a ss prop could do more damage to the lower gear if the prop was to hit a solid object than if it was running on an ally prop.
Is this correct?
