Hi, yes as you say if prop comes out at full chat it would almost certainly overspeed, you need to modulate the throttle, they don't just go bang if you momentarily overspeed, there is a good amount...

Just hauled it out for some barnacle cleaning! at Cowes Dry Sailing, many thanks to Tristan and Steve for their help, got the boat back in the water, but new prop test failed due to a bit of fuel...

Hi James, err .... Could be a problem, not sure what one can do other than water wash compressor, I have a very dry engine bay at present!, hopefully it will stay dry, all air cooled, no marine...
