I only suggested the others email him, rather than me, or you, or mike, because if enough people who are actually showing interest in racing give them a nudge, it might have more impact.

True, but they HAVE to run them the way the RYA state, and ultimately the RYA write the rules for the national racing, licence requirement etc, and it's a (plethera of) RYA commitee(s) who decide...
