dunno about 3 pack, but 2 pack etch is a 2 part...

dunno about 3 pack, but 2 pack etch is a 2 part primer paint (chemical cure, as apposed to regular air drying evaporation cure) that eats into the surface of the metal to provide an excellent bond.
