Tried to, started pissing rain and then glow battery died. So gave up... man what a way to waste time!! Takes more time to run one of these than a real boat!! Put it in the test tank in the workshop...

Ok, got it to run for a few seconds off the starter right before the glow battery died!
Swapped the head for one with a larger bowl and it flashed almost straight up!

Thanks, yeah not too concerned about the tight spot too much as I've had nitros before but none as big as this .82 so never got as tight while cold cranking.

K&B .82 hard to start!

As the title says, k&b nitro engine is a bast... to start! Tight spot at tdc is so bad it won't turn over on the belt while in the boat, for fear of breaking the engine mounts. Have it on the bench...
