have had carbs looked at by russell power boats...

have had carbs looked at by russell power boats he cleaned and set up carbs would you think he may of noticed ??
I had air filter off the other day didnt notice any pot rivots down venturi

Noticed on switch box some of the threads are...

Noticed on switch box some of the threads are rusty where ring terminals are under the little gaiters
When I was last out it felt more electrical than fuel though

Dont know if anyone can help have an old 200 merc 93/94 ish has an annoying flat spot at approx 2000-2750rpm anymore its clear any less its clear when was last out it was the most slightest of change...
