How much does the Medical and Measurement Certificate Cost?I presume I would need a National License as I can't see any alternative on the Form

Event License
The form does say Event Licenses(Purchase at Event)but is there still the max two per year or if the Basic license is not available is this now unlimited,If the max of two events on an Event license...
