Yes i do have the mercury seperator good idea. why should there be any air bubbles in the fuel? If its a pressurised system and the fuel intake is at the bottom of the tank and you keep your fuel...

Oh right got ya bummer i fought you had a new tank? my pipe just comes out the bottom of the tank. ive got the problem with the return line as ive only got two holes in the tank and ones always been...
