Transom dimesions

Hello,

Would someone be able to tell the standard transom height for a Ring 21...

The reason I ask is that my transom appears to have been raised by a few inches... from inside the transom well...

Not too too sure on the length of the shaft on the HPDI, but a couple of people have said to me its a bit easier to handle with a longer shaft.. dunno how much truth is in that?
