Not very helpful for competitors with a roof - they will have to buy full face helmets to wear in case the OOD isn't brave enough to stick his neck on the chopping block - because that's what it will...

I assume (and with the current rulebook I appreciate that is seriously dodgy) that this helmet rule doesn't apply to boats with roofs?
