My opinion on the Fletcher is that it is a good ‘allrounder’, and you have the space to move around in it, unlike the Phantom where you are sitting very tight. But fore going fast safly - deffinetly...

Where is the 199 for sale?
I have owed a few 199’s, a ring and a Phantom.
My choise is deffinetly the Phantom - both speed and not the least handling wise.
