We had a lifter but found going high lost a little speed after 2-3 inches
Revs went up a little but no real speed gains.
To be honest changing the height didn't make much...

Also as Bob said - the 115 takes a V4 hub so may be apples and pears!

We mainly used rakers with a 115HO on our 22ft Adam Younger VS22 - good rough water and holeshot props
started with cleaned and sharpened 22/ 24s and then got some more pitched up and down
...
