If that is correct then it has probably been repaired before from a stuff (but not very well) !! You have to remember that most of these boats were made for 90hp not 175 !!

It certainly looks like an Argo 19. and as cookee says they are stuff rails (quite handy on the Argo) although with the 130 Yam it would stay on top of most things if you were brave enough to push...
