Rule does not apply to Marathon class !! Although...

Rule does not apply to Marathon class !! Although it is in the Race Instruction Template !! Therefore I assume organisers could remove it from RI for Marathon.

Looks like Marathon guys are exempt from bashing their hooter on any hard bits !! Just all other classes are full face !!
