Can't really answer that as I didn't get to drive it. All I know is that it handled better and it was faster. The boys at Cougar will have the answer as they fitted and tested it and then shipped...

If it helps this conversation along – I was told by those in the know the cougar recorded 76 with the HO on the back and that was without any prop development. I think that makes it a far quicker...
