Do I reckon a formula would be quicker with a pair of 350 outboards over inboards? Never really considered it to be honest, but I guess it might since 330hp inboards are a crank optimstic rating and...

Not sure. That was the best looking one I ever found, was in 2003 when I bought the formula instead. IIRC was about $30K but the vendor was an idiot - I sent him a mail asking for more details, 1st...

Would go pretty well with that setup.

The 300 viagra, a more direct competitor, weighs 635lbs, 0.47hp/lb
The yammie is 0.435hp/lb
And the old favourite honda 225 delivers 0.383hp/lb...
