I'd have thought 200+hp would do more damage than...

I'd have thought 200+hp would do more damage than a few bumps on a trailer, but either way if its showing signs of moving is well knackered!

Take a core sample out. Even if you just drill a hole. If the wood is all wet its rotten and needs replacing. Big job... I've done two now but not on a Phantom.
