Yeh, especially when they're both white batboats and we didn't make the start, therefore those who don't know the boats so well (such as my sister and co.) were cheering along V69 then congratulated...

So if the 2litres have their own race does that mean they're not in the basic race? Resulting in a minimal entry of 2ltr boats in the basic race? And a good chance for 1st in class for us?:hugegrin:

Spoke to organisers in London where entry forms were sent to and despite 60 safety boats being confirmed the Island Harbour Comission said they will not go ahead with the Round the Island Challenge...

Can they only get the safety boat numbers to cover the solent?
