From top of transom to point of deep V is approx 22" deep what shaft length would you recommend, it is a fletcher speedboat used for skiing

Merc 200hp

Quick question
I have the choice of purchasing a merc 200hp 2.5L Offshore (love the sound of these) or would I be better buying a 200hp optimax, is there much difference in fuel economy and weight?
