Running more oil than recommended isn't a good idea as you are actually running lean and have more chance of blowing ya motor!!!!

Quicksilver premium plus at 40:1 only go to 32:1 if you are revving above 7k
You can try Bobs oil but its like anything some people like it and alot hate it.
