I was using the fully synthetic one but mainly because i was reving to 8000rpm for just a bog standard 200 hp non race motor i would run the normal quicksilver all day long Jay even suggests running...

dude just run the castrol. Jay said to run pensoil but its not available here so i ran castrol all season with no problems
