Was up till twelve doing drawings for this last night.
Some very nice custom parts going on this one.
New fuel tank, new kick panel with custom Badboy logo, new foot throttle slider, new drivers foot rest with 717 logo ( boat number)
New observers foot rest, new intercom holders, new drinks bottle holders, new seats, new gear shift (rex) new dash board indicator, new lift plate actuator, new engine hose bezels (same as mine and Burty's)
remaufacture of existing skipole to enable fuel tank to to situated as far back as possible.
Seat base has been renew already and floor area gel coated (very nice job looks like new)
Also new engine cowling support bracket again with custom bad boy logo.

Capt' you need to watch closely this is one nice P21.

Cyco - what intercoms do you ski race guys use?

Gery tronics
have tried Peltor but was'nt keen on the jack plugs.
Have found the same connectors as Grey Tronic now so might give the Peltor a second go with the new jack plugs.
I do like the standard add on that peltor provide such as Mobile phone interfacing PMR radio interfacing and ship to shore.
Always good to know where your competitors are during the race, of course if you rules allow it.

I've got a nice intercom, cost a tenner. Used it once whilst towing Cye with Burty observing. Couldnt hear a word Burty was saying so he was waving his hand around in front of my face to tell me where to go. In the pub afterwards Burty and Cye took the piss out of me cause they said I couldnt drive in a straight line. Cye thought I was zig zagging to avoid being torpedode!!!

Fkin Nobba's :D

Rob not your's your to tight to go for a custom foot rest.
You have a standard one.

How to make a custom foot rest.
Just add a detail such as this that is individual to the boat it is going into.
This will be lazer cut through 4mm aluminum and should look great.

This details was taken from the kick board that is going is Bad Boy 717.
The finish will be powder coat black with red plastic behind.

Dude as you have been a good customer I will do you a custom rest at the same price as a standard.
Can't be fairer than that.
Altho not sure about apahce logo as this will take around 4-5 hours to draw.
Numbers are easy so get choosing.

i've got lots of vector clipart that i can probably export as an autocad line drawing if thats any good to you cye?

Anything that will make it easier to convert text or images to DWG autocad would be great.
Or standard font's etc.

Here's the Alien Cowling support bracket for Bad Boy.
A must for anyone with an alien cowling as Mercury don't make them for the 280's and you have to use a standard 2.5efi bracket that is to short and have a long pin machined to suit.

Cheers dude, You'd best sort me out a number then or i could get the tech drawers at work to run me apache off:D

Captain, I would suggest the stainless in 316(L) and ali in 6082-T6 or 5083.

Cye, if you get stuck at all. It is possible to convert a jpeg into a dxf or a dwg (on our CAD system). You just take loads of points from the jpeg and join them up like a monster dot to dot puzzle.
Cookee, that how I done your sharks.
