Ya just gotta steer the thing mate turn the boat in to the way it is falling & try to catch it before it happens if you are behind you will not catch up :brain:

Sell the Rib and buy a proper boat the only thing ribs are good for is going in to walls or a large fender!

That's an original 'Ocke Mannerfelt B-22', which is what the Backdraft was 'splashed' from.

Ian Cutler did pretty well in one in 3-B (1.3 litre) in fact that could well be his old boat I guess.

Does look quite cool is that the same size a Carly Babys (his is a splash right?)

What size is CB1's and Rhinos ? @ Allhallows they rocked!

Rhinos and Chris's looked more than 1 foot bigger than Carls more like 3-6 foot!

Yeah, I think they're just a lot sleeker, less freeboard etc, so they look a lot longer.

Agreed - Their boats looked awsome in the race and practice. The bigger ones cut through / across the water like a hot knife through butter!

0.7m makes all the differance!

Thanks 4 that spinaltap will try it. so you r saying when it just about to start doing it just steer with it. some one said that we sud drop the motor or a hydrojack.

Yep just go with it. Engine hight I dont think would have a lot to do with it unless it is very low ? Make sure the steering has minimal play in it. We use cable type steering over here for just that reason. Also chopper type props are a lot more aggressive than cleaver types but im not sure what type off blade your boat would respond to best choppers are fast but hard to drive

HI

It's a ribeye 6.5 sport with a 150hp.
thanks for this.
