Just thought i would express my thanks to the "Diamond Geezer" who saved my
in Littlehampton today...
After a fantastic day "Tubing" and pre "Poker Run" testing we run into a bit of trouble returning to Littlehampton Marrina,
everything was running "smooth as silk" on the flattest water i have ever been on until we decided to return to the marina when "Foolish" started to develop a low speed missfire... as time was running short for a recovery ( pre 5pm ) we decided to make a run for the marina.
Just short of the lighthouse we suffered complete engine failure (electrical) and were washed onto the "Groins" at the mouth of the "Arun" .
After much scraping and bumping the "Diamond Geezer" (returning from a fishing trip) saw we were in "Serious" trouble and managed to throw a line and towed us back to the marina.
All i can say is "Mr Anonomous Fisherman"
