Blown powerhead

Hello Boatmad - Advice is needed

My Mercury Promax has blown the powerhead.
I have pulled the cylinder heads off and cylinder 4 is gone, and the cylinder-rod (?) has made two very nice holes in the side of the engine block.
What could I expect to get from the engine in parts?
- I am not going to do a rebuild, but perhaps somebody is up to the task.

If anyone is interested here are some specs:
Engine is located in Denmark, hours aprox 250/h, standard midsection with exhaust, newer Torque Master Standard Rotation with torque tab, Alien cover etc.
