I'm about to attend a boat show as a charity event. However, one of the organizers tested positive and now, it gives me anxiety and second thoughts if I'll still proceed with the event. I've stayed at home for too long and that gave me so much stress. I even read that Stay-at-home status and personal distancing behavior were each significantly and independently associated with mental health symptoms. Being under a stay-at-home order was associated with higher depression, GAD symptoms, insomnia, and acute stress. And now, I'm experiencing this again. It's like a cycle and seems not curable. How can I overcome this depression and be brave enough to go out?

Hi. Thanks for your response. I think I'm gonna pass the show for now. I am thankful that I have my friends and family as my support system. I hope this pandemic ends soon as it worsens my depression.

I'm planning on getting the vaccine soon to lessen my worries. Any recommendation as to which brand is the best?

I hear Pfizer is accepted in most countries and has the least known negative side effects.
