damaged perspex screen

Don`t suppose anyone on here knows of a way i can repair a perspex screen. (split in the middle, bout 6 inches) wondering if you can get them repaired - I`ve been quoted £349 to get a new one

also if anyone knows where i can get my hands on some marine grade carpet.
