i'm sorry if this is too personal, but i would have thought you would a have seriousely reconsiderd that as a means of enjoyment????

I did, last january 1st - febuary 20th! But i gave in cus i was havin a bad time dealin with me dads death..........and yes i know its a disgusting habit and its getting more and more antisocial as time goes on, i will quit when i feel i can deal with quitting, no good going off half cocked so to speak...........
