Fun boat

sorry it 4'beam by 10', I sould be laying one up soon.

it looks like an Apollo to me! (see gavs original thread) does this one take a 15 or 20" shaft?

Are these basically the same as say "Pirhana", "Aqua Jet" and another mob who skip my mind at the moment!

it'll come to me

yeah, they all seem to have evolved from the original 'Apollo', (which took a long shaft motor) then identical looking boats such as the CB-9 (Chris Bridgeman, now deceased) and others. most had the same hull form, with varying deck/screen arangements, like the 'Seafire'.

I thought they were all 9'6", but a lot of people seem to think they're 10'.

They all have a flat fronted bow, which is usually the giveaway that they are Apollo derived.

ah ha............its where me brothers "thing" came from.

perhaps i'll measure it tonight & if i'm up for being laughed at, i'll vaseline-up myself; squeeze in the wee monster and get my better half to take a pic.....which i'll post on this here serious boating forum :D

I would probably have used the phrase, "Vaseline myself up", rather than "Vaseline up myself" but then Chaos is a strange bloke!
