Bloody set back plates!
now fitted to mine and 1 of my steering cables now isnt long enough
best price i can get for 1 is £185 for a 13' merc cable, grey with grease nipples at both ends
can any1 suggest anything else
second hand hydroulic?

Seastar hydraulic is around £1000 for the full kit (unless you can wangle a 'trade' price?). Have a look here.

its the racing version of mercury's twin cable.
they are grey not black and have grease nipples at either end of the cable.

tried barnet marine, they have never sold a sea star pro kit only normal sea star for around £600 after they phoned the supplier to find out what it was they quoted me £875 inc vat.
