Sad to report that Lance Harwood, a loyal safety boat skipper at Cowes, for the CTC Races, passed away on Tuesday.
Lance had been battling illness for quite a while, & will be much missed.
The BPRC & all who knew Lance, send condolences to the family at this sad time.
